WWTF calls are usually very competitive because a limited call budget is opposed to a great number of often excellent applications – this means a non-acceptance for funding is not necessarily a negative judgement of the quality of the proposal.
An immediate re-submission of a rejected application is not possible as calls are closed entities and it is not clear when a further call will open. However, if a similar call opens, rejected proposals can be resubmitted and will be considered as completely new applications without any legacy.
Short proposals will be assessed by the jury only but will not be peer reviewed by external experts. Further, is the application is not admitted for the further process, no detailed reasons for rejection can be provided to the applicants.
