The project will analyse successful arrangements for sustainable work and employment in the creative industries in Vienna through comparisons between dynamic sub-sectors (in the audio-visual and visual field of CI) and through a comparison between Vienna and Hamburg. The results of in-depth analyses of business processes, working conditions, careers and patterns of coping with work in the context of institutional conditions will increase scientific knowledge and support the creative industries and policy makers.
